Sneaker

Just popping in ....had some inspiration from Paper Phenonmenon and wanted to share my paper

sneaker.  It is amazing what you can create with paper and chipboard.  Love this quick and easy project.  

I used DCWV The Lace and Linens Stack and  Embossing folders for the bottom rubber look.

Inside are 12 pockets to add pictures or monthly journaling.
They get a ring to hold them together and are tucked behind the tongue of the sneaker

I thought these little tags from my stash worked perfectly with this project

The original project shows real laces.  I haven't had a chance to shop for them but I thought

this sparkly ribbon looked really cute for now.

Another idea would be to use the sneaker as a pencil holder on a desk.
