Winter Carousel

I have been snowed in and between bringing in the wood for a fire and clearing the paths I did get a little scrapping in.

I started this project a few weeks ago and did a little at a time.  You can actually see the steps in photographs below.  It really is an easy project but I kept trying to do it my own way and found that if is isn't broke don't try to fix it.  It was worth every minute of aggravation.  I am so thankful for crafting....it definitely gets me through the tough times and the sleepless nights.  Please check out my Winter Carousel.     I just  love it!

I found this first on Split Coast Stampers...I used the Memory Box Die Cuts for the frame and made the rest with the different Christmas  Cricut Cartridges I had.

Crystal Sprinkles, wet glue.

These are the ornaments I made with the cricut cartridges all full of crystal snow

This is where I had the most trouble.....finally tore it all apart and started fresh the next day.

More Snow

More SNOW!  …..  and more snow again this weekend!!!  Looks like 6 more weeks of Winter?

At least the children are making the most out of these days.  We have certainly had our share of snow this winter.

This is the biggest snowman I have ever seen.  He is probably over 7 foot tall!

WINTER JOY!

I used the Close To My Heart winter paper line Frosted and the Art Philosophy Cartridge to make the snow flake embellishments.  Topped the embellishments off with Twinklets Diamond Dust.. (love it!)
